Golf Channel To Broadcast Its Final-Round Telecasts From 3 Past U.S. Opens


Golf Channel will broadcast the final-round telecasts of three past U.S. Open Championships in advance of the 112th U.S. Open Championship June 14-17 at The Olympic Club in San Francisco, Calif.

On May 15, 22 and 29 from 8-11:30 p.m., Golf Channel will air its coverage of the U.S. Open, golf's toughest test. The schedule of the final-round broadcasts is:

Tuesday, May 15 - 1999 U.S. Open at Pinehurst Resort's No. 2, Payne Stewart champion

Tuesday, May 22 - 2002 U.S. Open at Bethpage State Park's Black Course, Tiger Woods champion

Tuesday, May 29 - 1998 U.S. Open at The Olympic Club's Lake Course, Lee Janzen champion
