Park Maintains Lead in Miejer LPGA Classic


Inbee Park carded a 3-under 68 to stay atop the leaderboard heading into the final round of the Miejer LPGA Classic. The $1.5 million, 72-hole LPGA Tour event is taking place at Blythefield Country Club in Grand Rapids, Mich.

Park, a five-time winner in 2013 - including three majors, carded four birdies and a bogey to reach 13-under 200, one stroke ahead of fellow South Korean Mirim Lee (67) and two in front of Norway's Suzann Pettersen (69).

Five behind is Denmark's Line Vedel (68), while trailing by six are Spaniard Beatriz Recari (67) and Japan's Haru Nomura (69).

The top Americans are Katie Burnett and Paula Creamer, who both had 68s, to share seventh at 207 with South African Lee-Anne Pace (67), Italy's Giulia Molinaro (69) and South Korean Amy Yang (72).

No. 1-ranked Stacy Lewis had a 70 and is tied for 28th at 212, while No. 2 Lydia Ko of New Zealand posted a 71 to get to 5-under 208 and a share of 12th.
