Woods Gets Tooth Knocked Out at Ski Race

Never a fan of photographers in the first place, Tiger Woods has another reason for his longtime odium of intrusive cameras. And, this time, perhaps for good reason.

After watching girlfriend Lindsey Vonn capture her record 63rd World Cup title, Woods had a tooth knocked out by a video camera as the two celebrated Vonn's record-setting 63rd World Cup skiing victory in Italy.

"During a crush of photographers as the awards podium at the World Cup event in Italy, a media member with a shoulder-mounted video camera pushed and surged toward the stage, turned and hit Tiger Woods in the mouth," said Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg.

"Woods' tooth was knocked out by the incident."

A photo by another shooter captured the image of Woods missing a front tooth.

Woods returns to competition for the first time in 2015 at the Phoenix Open. Reporters will be sure to ask about the incident.
