Ryu Now up by Four at Canadian Women's Open

Though she carded her third straight round in the 60s, So Yeon Ryu actually saw her 36-hole lead of five strokes reduced to four in the Canadian Women's Open at London Hunt and Country Club in Ontario.

The 24-year-old South Korean followed up a 63 and a 66 with a 67 Saturday to reach 20-under 196, four shots ahead of Spain's Azahara Munoz - who matched Ryu's record-setting 63 on Thursday - and Korean Na Yeon Choi (66).

Ryu, a two-time LPGA winner - including the 2011 U.S. Women's Open, posted her first bogey of the tournament on the par-4 third hole. But she rebounded with six birdies the rest of the way to stay in command at the 72-hole, $2.25 million event.

Munoz, a member of Spain's victorious four-player team in the recent International Crown, had three birdies on the front nine. The 26-year-old from Malaga got hot on the home half, however, posting six birdies for a total of nine in the third round. Choi had three birdies on each her front and back nines.

Six shots behind Ryu is countrywoman Inbee Park, who recorded a 65, while seven back is Sweden's Anna Nordqvist (69). Eight out of the lead are Americans Brittany Lincicome (68) and Danielle Kang (70). Cristie Kerr is at 11-under following a 70.

Two-time Canadian Women's Open champion Lydia Ko won't be getting a three-peat this year. The 17-year-old New Zealander, who won the tournament in 2012 and '13 as an amateur, carded a 72 and enters Sunday at 5-under 211.

No. 1-ranked Stacy Lewis had her second 71 in three rounds and is at 6-under 210.

Canadian amateur Brooke Henderson carded her second consecutive 71 and enters the final round at 4-under 212.
